Beta access and feedback

The homepage shows whether TestFlight and founder booking invitations are available. If either says “coming soon,” there is no active public link yet. There is no separate waitlist form to complete.

Want to share product feedback? Describe a situation the app should understand, in general terms. A planned 15-minute founder call is for product feedback, not therapy. You can also ask a question by email without booking a call.

Report a website or future beta problem

Include your device, browser or app version, the page or screen, what you tried, and what happened. Mention any error wording. A screenshot can help if you remove private details first.

Do not send passwords, login codes, explicit media, a complete browsing history, or full payment details. Those are not needed to explain a technical problem.

Subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds

This website has no purchases or subscription controls. For an existing HypnoThera purchase, start with the original purchase channel:

• Apple: Open your device’s subscription settings to manage a subscription. Apple handles App Store refund requests.
• Google Play: Use Google Play’s subscription settings and refund process.
• Web purchase: Use the management link supplied with your purchase or contact HypnoThera support.

If you are unsure, email the product name, purchase channel, and the question. Do not assume a shared login means a subscription includes every app. The specialist app’s plans have not been announced.

Privacy and deletion requests

Email hello+nox@hypnothera.ai with the request you want to make. We may need limited verification to protect your information. This site does not create an app account or collect personal intake answers.

If the request concerns an existing HypnoThera account, say so, or use its account controls. Read the privacy notice for this website’s current practices.

When you need more than product support

If porn use is persistently difficult to control or is affecting your relationships, work, finances, or daily life, consider a licensed mental health professional. A product support team, a founder conversation, and a self-help app cannot provide clinical assessment.

If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the United States, call or text 988 for crisis support. Outside the United States, use your local crisis service.
