This notice covers the current informational website and communications about this project. The website shows proposed app designs and invented personalization examples. It does not create accounts, collect personal intake answers, play hypnosis audio, or process payments.

It is not the privacy notice for the existing HypnoThera app. If you use that service, read its privacy policy. The specialist beta will have a notice describing its actual data practices before personal intake is collected.

Information involved when you visit

Our page code does not set cookies, use local storage, run analytics or advertising pixels, load third-party fonts, or offer an email or intake form. Example choices and appearance or motion settings remain in the current page; they are not sent to us.

This website is delivered through OpenAI Sites. Delivering and protecting a hosted page involves technical information such as your IP address, requested resource, browser information, and connection timing. The hosting service may use operational logs or cookies under its own practices. OpenAI describes its handling of technical and usage information in its privacy policy. We do not configure a separate visitor analytics service or receive a personal intake record from a page visit.

We do not control the hosting provider’s retention schedule and do not promise that connection data is immediately deleted. We do not inspect your porn browsing history or monitor other apps through this website.

Email and founder conversations

If you email hello+nox@hypnothera.ai, we receive the address you use, your message, and attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond, handle support or privacy requests, and understand feedback about this project.

Please avoid explicit media, passwords, complete payment details, and unnecessary information about your sexual life. You can describe a technical problem without describing the porn you watch. Email is not a clinical or emergency support service.

If a founder booking link becomes available, the booking provider will process information you submit under its own policy. You can keep a product conversation general and skip personal questions. Any proposed recording or separate use of a testimonial would require a separate explanation and permission; a call is not permission to publish your story.

How we use information and who may receive it

Research sources, HypnoThera, Apple TestFlight, and any future booking destination are separate websites or services. Following a link means interacting with that provider under its terms and privacy practices. We do not include your example choices or personal intake answers in these links.

El Sueno LLC is based in the United States. Email and hosting providers may process information in countries other than yours, subject to their applicable policies and safeguards. Adults and changes to this notice

This project is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It does not knowingly solicit personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent information to us, contact hello+nox@hypnothera.ai so we can address it.

We will update this notice when the site’s practices change, including when signup, analytics, intake, audio generation, or payments are added. The updated date appears at the top. New app functionality must be covered by an appropriate notice before it collects personal information.
